I just finished reading Casey Means, MD and her brother’s (Calley Means) book called Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health. (Casey is the Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of Levels Health, a metabolic health company that empowers individuals to radically optimize their health and wellbeing by providing real-time continuous glucose biofeedback.)
This book is so easy to understand for those of us without a science background. In her book, Good Energy, Casey brings to light the connection between our lifestyle choices and our energy levels. The book suggests actionable strategies to improve wellness, increase vitality, and achieve a balanced, energized life through mindful living.

Casey emphasizes the importance of addressing cellular energy dysfunction. Almost every health problem today can be explained by how well the cells in our body create and use energy.
